ABOUT THE GAME
Flowers, bugs and sandwiches. Change of seasons is a first person puzzle game, where the player needs to chase a bug named Henry, to retrieve their beloved sandwich. With a click on the buttons, the season will change and with that, the world around you!

LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS
This project is close to my hearth. With a team of only 3 people, we managed to make a great little puzzle game in only 2 months.
Exhibition
We showed this game at Night Of The Nerds in Eindhoven in 2017. I learned a lot from showing our game at an event. It was an incredibly fun experience to see people playing and enjoying our game.
Unreal blueprints
This project was made only by designers, so we had to create all the art and code ourselves. I was responsible for the main puzzle mechanics, UI, the doors, the seasonal change and the animations (which were all made with blueprints too).
Narrative
We originally started out with a more complicated narrative, however it was over-scoped and people seemed motivated enough with the kidnapped sandwich story. Players loved the lightheartedness of the game so we kept it simple.
